Discounts
Credits: You will receive tuition vouchers to use for vacation, illness, or holidays. Each child will receive 2 times the days they are enrolled in vouchers. i.e. if you are enrolled three days per week, you will receive 6 tuition vouchers to use during the year.
Family Multiple Child: Families with more than one child enrolled at Smarty Pants will receive a 10% discount on the oldest child(ren) weekly tuition.
Military / First Responder: Children with active or veteran military parents or children of first responders receive a 10% discount on weekly tuition
Family Referral: Smarty Pants offers a $100 bonus referral applied towards tuition for families that refer another family to our center.
Fee’s
Annual Registration fee (per Child): $75.00 —non-refundable annual fee. Upon registration, one week of tuition will be collected and applied to your child's first week. For continued enrollment the registration fee is applied to the family's account annually September 1st.
Late Pickup: Late pickup has a fee at $1.00 per minute past 5:00pm. Please communicate if running late
Late Payment: Late payment has a fee of $25.00. Invoices sent on Monday of each week must be paid by 12:00pm on Wednesday. After 12:00pm is considered late.
Returned Check or ACH Deposit: A returned check or deposit will incur a fee of $40.00
Credit Card: Use of credit card is allowed for tuition payments. Each transaction will have a 3.6% fee applied.
